To every Indian family that has worked hard to create wealth — and is now quietly worried about keeping it.

I spent the early years of my career inside India's financial advisory system. I saw — up close — how it actually works. How relationship managers are incentivised not by your outcomes, but by what they sell you. How a "wealth plan" is often a product placement in disguise. How the family with ₹50 crore sitting across the table is being advised by someone who earns a commission every time they make a recommendation.

I found this deeply troubling.

Not because the people were dishonest — many were genuinely trying to help. But because the structure itself was broken. When your advisor earns from products, even the most well-intentioned advice is unconsciously shaped by those incentives. This is simply human nature.

I also saw something else. India's wealthiest families — the ones who truly needed structured, independent advice — were being underserved in a different way. They had multiple bankers, a few advisors, an accountant, maybe a lawyer. But no one sitting at the centre, coordinating everything, seeing the complete picture. Fragmented advice from well-meaning people is still fragmented advice.

NextGen Family Office Services was built to solve both these problems at once.
